I am having trouble finding my Grammarly account activation email

To activate your Grammarly account, you will be sent an activation email. If you cannot locate the email, please check your “Junk” email file.

Once you locate the activation email, this resource will assist you in activating your account:

If you do not receive your account activation email, please do the following:

  1. Verify that the link you used you create your account was https://www.grammarly.com/edu/signup.
  2. Add info@send.grammarly.com and donotreply@grammarly.com to your email contact list. 
  3. Verify that you used your university email address.
    1. One way to verify your university email address is to use the university email program to email yourself at an alternative email address.

If you have any further issues, email the Academic Success Center at asc@ncu.edu. In the email, provide your first name, last name, and NCU email. You will be sent a Grammarly invitation to register.
