What happens if I miss my coaching session?
Answer
The Academic Success Center coaching team understands that unexpected events can prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. When you miss a scheduled coaching appointment, you will receive a notice from Academic Success Center Coaching Services. The email will provide you with information concerning what appointment was missed and how many appointments you have missed total.
After missing two appointments, your Academic Success Center account will be disabled. You will need to email the Academic Success Center an explanation of why the session was missed and what actions you will take to prevent another missed appointment.
Subsequent missed appointments will require an Action Plan to be completed before your account will be reinstated.
