Recorded coaching is asynchronous--you do not meet live with a coach.

• Students can self-schedule these sessions using the Coaching Scheduler. 
• Submit the document you want to be reviewed (one per appointment) when you schedule the appointment.
• You will receive written and video feedback. along with a detailed coaching plan.
• Feedback is uploaded within two (2) days of the scheduled appointment date. 

Group coaching is a live, 45-minute session with a coach and up to eight (8) students.

• Students can self-schedule these sessions using the Coaching Scheduler.
• Group sessions are held at the same time weekly.
• Sessions will be interactive and focused on students' specific questions.
• Explore the Group Sessions page for a complete listing of sessions with descriptions. 
• You are encouraged to attend early and often! 

Individual coaching is a live, 45-minute session with you and a coach.

• Students will use ASC Chat to schedule individual sessions.
• During an individual session, you can work collaboratively with a coach to master a specific skill based on your unique needs. 
• You will receive a detailed coaching plan outlining the skill you are working to develop, the next steps in the process, and the date and time of your next session with the coach.
