This group session will introduce you to inferential statistics and hypothesis tests using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) data analytic software. This group is designed for the student who has experience with SPSS and can run basic descriptive statistical summaries, tables, graphs, etc. It is recommended that you come to the session prepared with questions on using inferential statistics to analyze data in SPSS. For example, do you know how to run and interpret chi-square, independent samples or paired-samples t-test? What about 1-way/2-way ANOVA, bivariate correlations, or linear regression analysis?
