What should I do if my WCOnline account is disabled?

Answer

If your WCOnline Account is disabled because you missed an appointment, please email the Academic Success Center: asc@ncu.edu. Please include the following in your email:

  • Your name.
  • Why the sessions were missed.
  • What preventative steps you will take to prevent future missed sessions.

If your WCOnline Account is disabled due to your password being entered wrong, wait for 15-minutes and try to enter the correct password. If you do not remember your password, try the following:

  • You can request a password reset by selecting the "Reset your password" feature.

  • You can email the Academic Success Center and request a new password: asc@ncu.edu. You can also use ASC Chat to request a new password.

After you are able to log in to WCOnline again, you can change your password to one you will easily remember by following the instructions in the how do I update my WCOnline email or password FAQ.
