Q. What should I do if my WCOnline account is disabled?
- Your Name.
- Why the sessions were missed.
- What preventative steps you will take to prevent future missed sessions.
If your WCOnline Account is disabled due to your password being entered wrong, wait for 15-minutes and try to enter the correct password. If you do not remember your password, try the following:
- You can request a password reset by selecting the "Reset your password" feature.
- You can email the Academic Success Center and request a new password: firstname.lastname@example.org
After you are able to log in to WCOnline again, you can change your password to one you will easily remember by following the instructions in this FAQ: http://ncu.libanswers.com/asc/faq/225255.
