Q. Is there a program that will format my concept paper to APA guidelines?


If you are using Microsoft Word 2007 it has a built in Bibliography and Citation Manager which allows you to choose APA style when formatting your citations. Here is the Microsoft Word help page for the manager:


The Library also provides a program called RefWorks which may be more what you are looking for. You can access RefWorks by going to the Library home page and hovering over Popular Databases.
