Q. How do I clear the cache and cookies in my web browser?


If you are experiencing issues accessing a library database, we recommend clearing your web browser's cache and cookies, and restarting it.  Simply hold down the ctrl+shift+delete keys and release. Select cookies, cache and temporary internet files, if available, to clear.

You might also try using a different browser; some library databases are not compatible with Google Chrome, so we recommend using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.Please see the links below for instructions on how to do this:
