When I click Get Access in SpringerLink, I am taken to a screen with purchase options. How do I access the full-text article?

Not all of the resources in SpringerLink are available in full-text. The Library subscribes only to subject collections most applicable to academic programs within this database. If you see a purchase option screen, you have tried to access a journal to which we do not subscribe. Unavailable articles will have a closed lock icon displayed, as shown below.

You may limit your search to only content available from the Library by unchecking the box for "Include Preview-Only Content" at the bottom of the search screen, as shown below.

For articles that are unavailable through SpringerLink, we first recommend that you use our Find a Resource tool. Our Locating Publications FAQ explains how you can use this tool to potentially locate the journal available in full text through another Library database.

If Find a Resource reveals that we do not subscribe to the journal, you may request articles that are unavailable from SpringerLink through Interlibrary Loan. For instructions on how to submit an Interlibrary Loan request for an article please see our ILL Article FAQ.
