Q. I saved articles to a database folder and they are no longer there. How do I access my folder contents?

Answer

Articles will remain in your folder only for your current browsing session. Because of this you will need to either save or email the resources to yourself before you leave the database. Alternatively, you have the ability to create a personal account in many Library databases, including the Roadrunner Search. This will allow you to permanently save articles and search history. Setting up personal accounts is free and optional.

The link below provides instructions on creating a My EBSCOhost account for use with all of the EBSCOhost databases and Roadrunner Search. Note that items in your personal folder will automatically be discarded if you have not logged into the folder for an 18 month period.
