Q. I am getting an "Application Level Exception" error when searching in Roadrunner Search or EBSCOhost. How can I fix this?


This is an internal error on EBSCOhost's side. We recommend the following troubleshooting steps to remedy the issue:

  1. Try clicking the Back button on your browser and retype your search terms.
  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies. See our Clearing Cache and Cookies FAQ for more information. 
  3. Try a different internet browser. See our Databases and Browser Compatibility FAQ for more information. 
  4. Try accessing Roadrunner Search/EBSCOhost again momentarily. The issue may rectify itself if you return to Roadrunner Search/EBSCOhost at a later time.
