Q. I am getting an "Application Level Exception" error when searching in Roadrunner Search or EBSCOhost. How can I fix this?
This is an internal error on EBSCOhost's side. We recommend the following troubleshooting steps to remedy the issue:
- Try clicking the Back button on your browser and retype your search terms.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies. See our Clearing Cache and Cookies FAQ for more information.
- Try a different internet browser. See our Databases and Browser Compatibility FAQ for more information.
- Try accessing Roadrunner Search/EBSCOhost again momentarily. The issue may rectify itself if you return to Roadrunner Search/EBSCOhost at a later time.
