How do I connect Google Scholar to the Library?

When you add the NU Library to your Google Scholar account, Scholar will tell you if the Library has a copy of an article you want.

If you would like to connect Google Scholar to the Library to check for full text in Library databases, please follow the instructions below.

  1. In Google Scholar, go to the Settings.
  2. Click "Library Links" on the left side.
  3. Search for "National University San Diego".
  4. Check the box next to "National University (San Diego, Calif.) - Full Text at NU" and click "Save".
  5. Search results will now include links to materials in National University Library. Right click on the "Get it@NULS" link to to open the full-text resource in a new window or tab.

Doesn't work?

If the linker does not direct you to the full text, you may search for articles by title using the Library's NavigatorSearch (formerly Roadrunner). See the question: I have a citation for a journal article. How do I find the full text?
