Q. I am getting a login screen when I try to access the Library's databases. What is the username and password?


This is the Library Log In page. This uses the exact same credentials that are used to log in to your Student Portal page – this is not a separate account that the Library has any control over. Please ensure that you are not using a saved password, but are typing in your current password.

If you are alumni and you are seeing this log in screen it means you are trying to access a Library area that alumni currently do not have access to - like the Library databases for current students.

If you are a current student and are using your most up to date log in information, but still cannot bypass this screen, please go to http://my.ncu.edu/ and click the Forgot Passphrase or Reset Passphrase link.

If you continue to experience difficulty accessing the Library, you may contact the NCU Help Desk. They will be able to help troubleshoot your password issues. You can contact them at 888-327-2877x8888 or helpdesk@ncu.edu.
