Please follow these steps to locate and complete your appointment form.

• Log in to the Academic Success Center Schedule
  • Coaching Schedule: https://nu.mywconline.com
  • Math and Writing Center Schedule: https://nu.mywconline.com
• Locate your appointment by choosing from options A or B below.

               Option A:

                1.  Select the gold square on the coaching scheduler to open your appointment form.

2 . The Appointment Form for that session will open in a new window.

Option B: 

1.  Select the arrow next to "Welcome (Your Name)" at the top of the schedule.

                   2.  Select "My Appointments."

                  3. A list of your scheduled appointments will appear to the right.

                  4. Locate and select the appropriate appointment.

                       5. The Appointment Form for that session will open. 

  Completing the appointment form once it is open. 

               1. Scroll to the bottom of the appointment form and select "Edit Appointment."

              2. Complete the form that opens.

            3. Upload your document. This step is necessary for recorded sessions.

            4. Select “Save Changes” at the bottom of the form.
