What do I do when I need a coaching appointment and ASC Chat is not available?

If ASC Chat is not available and you need to schedule an individual session, please try self-scheduling a session using the coaching scheduler. If no sessions are available, submit a question with the following information:
- The type of appointment:
- Individual math or statistics
- Individual writing
- Individual Alumni Navigator
- Preferred coach or navigator (if you have one).
- Preferred day/times.
- Please provide several options.

All sessions are scheduled using Pacific Time (PT). Please see the ASC Session Clock page for the current Pacific time.
You will receive a response with some possible coaching times within 24 hours. Availability is based on the times coaches are scheduled. We may not be able to accommodate all time requests.
Remember: The Academic Success Center is not an emergency service. Please plan ahead, and schedule appointments several days in advance.
