How do I locate my proofreading feedback?

Once your feedback is ready, you will receive an email in your NCU inbox notifying you that you have a file available for review. Proofreading feedback should be downloaded from your appointment form. Please log in to the proofreading scheduler and follow the steps below to learn how to locate your appointment form and where to download your feedback.
Note: If the date of the appointment is not visible on the calendar, start at step 1. If it is visible, skip to step 3.
1. Select the calendar at the top of the schedule.
2. When the calendar opens, select the date of your appointment.
3. Locate your appointment by looking for the Gold square.
4. Open your appointment and scroll to the bottom of the form.
5. Download your proofreading feedback. The file that says "Client Report Form" or "Coaching Plan" will contain the link to your video feedback. Your proofreader may also provide additional resources to best assist you.
