Q. How do I clear the cache and cookies in my web browser?

Internet browsers maintain a local copy of websites and other related items on your disk or in memory to speed up reloading of previously visited sites. However, allowing your cache to become too large may slow your computer down, or prevent a website from loading in the most up-to-date information.
If you are experiencing issues accessing a library database, we recommend clearing your web browser's cache and cookies and restarting it. Simply hold down the ctrl+shift+delete keys and release. Select cookies, cache, and temporary internet files, if available, to clear.
