How do I locate a specific publication in the Library?

You may locate a particular journal, newspaper, magazine, trade publication, or book within the Library by going to the Find a Resource tab on the Library's home page.

Enter the name of the publication you would like to find and click search. As shown below, the results screen will tell you if the Library subscribes to the publication, what years the Library subscribes to, and in which database(s) the full text is contained. Click on the linked database name in order to access the publication.

If you receive zero results for your title, first check your spelling. If it is correct then the Library does not provide access to that particular publication. You may request articles and book chapters through Interlibrary Loan.

Additionally, you view our page about how to Search Within a Publication. This takes it one step further and demonstrates how to search within a particular newspaper, magazine, or journal article. This is a great way to find similar or related articles.
