While full-text court cases are available from the Nexis Uni (formerly LexisNexis) database, transcripts are generally not freely available online (except the Supreme Court). Transcripts may become a part of the record on appeal if a verdict is appealed to an appellate court. However, even at an appellate level, these transcripts are not online. You may contact the Clerk's Office for the state or district court to inquire about purchasing print transcripts.
Additionally, the following online resources provide access to court transcripts:
PACER – Public Access to Court Electronic Records – Fees assessed for transcripts based on length.
Oral Argument Transcripts – Supreme Court - Post transcripts of oral arguments on the same day an argument is heard by the Supreme Court.
