RefWorks Citation Manager for Word 2016 (Windows and Mac) and above from the Microsoft Store: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/wa104380122?tab=overview

If you have difficulty installing RefWorks Citation Manager for Mac, follow the troubleshooting steps below.

1. Please check to see if you have any software updates for your operating system.  You can check for Mac OS X updates by opening the 'App Store' application and selecting the 'Update' option.
    
2. After you have updated your operating system, please check for Microsoft Office updates.  You can download Microsoft Office updates by opening Microsoft Word and navigating to Help > Check for updates.
    
3. Please make sure to verify Java is installed on your computer as the newest operating systems offered by Apple, OS X 10.9, OS X 10.10 and OS X 10.11 do not include Java.  To check if your computer has the latest version of Java installed please open the Safari web browser and visit, http://java.com/en/download/installed.jsp.  If you are running OS X 10.10 Yosemite or OS X 10.11 El Capitan, please download Java from Apple's support site directly by visiting, http://support.apple.com/kb/dl1572.
    
4. Once you have updated your operating system and Microsoft Office, please restart your computer, reinstall RefWorks Citation Manager and verify the RCM toolbar is present in Word by navigating to View > Toolbars > RCM. Please note, all Microsoft Office applications must be closed (CMD + Q) before installing RefWorks Citatoin Manager for Mac onto the computer.
