I am getting a login screen when I try to access the Library's databases. What is the username and password?

This is the Library login page. This uses the exact same credentials that are used to login to your Student Portal page – this is not a separate account that the Library has control over. Please ensure that you are not using a saved password but that you are typing in your current password.

If you are alumni and you are receiving the below error message, then it means that you may be trying to access a Library area that is only accessible to currently enrolled students, such as NavigatorSearch (formerly Roadrunner) content or databases within the A-Z List.

Error message received when trying to access content not accessible to Alumni. Message reads "Sorry, you are unauthorized to view this content. For additional assistance, please contact the Library at library@ncu.edu."

If you are a current student and are using your most up to date login information but still cannot bypass the login screen, please click the Forgot Password or Reset Password link.
