How do I access my Interlibrary Loan (ILL) account as a first-time user?
Accessing your Interlibrary Loan Account as a First-Time User
First-time users will need to set up a new password in order to access and make requests through interlibrary loan.
- Access the Interlibrary Loan system and click Set/Reset Password.
- Enter your username, which is your school email address (Example: F.Lastname1234@o365.ncu.edu), and click Request New Password.
- A confirmation page will display. Check your school email for further instructions on creating a new password.
- The email will contain a link allowing you to set up your new password. Please note that the link expires within 24 hours of being sent.
- After clicking on the link in the email, you will be routed to the Change Password page. NOTE: Passwords are case-sensitive and must include 9 or more characters with at least one number/special symbol. The characters semicolon (;), colon (:), apostrophe ('), and period (.) are not allowed.
