Why can't I create or access an Interlibrary Loan (ILL) account? I entered my school email address but I'm getting an error.

Answer

If you receive an error that says University Email is invalid when trying to create your Interlibrary Loan account, it could be that your information has not yet been loaded into the Interlibrary Loan system. 

Please contact the Interlibrary Loan staff for assistance with troubleshooting your account by calling 888-628-1569, emailing library@ncu.edu, texting 928-550-6552, or reaching out via chat.
