Why can't I create or access an Interlibrary Loan (ILL) account? I entered my school email address but I'm getting an error.

If you receive an error that says University Email is invalid when trying to create your Interlibrary Loan account, it could be that your information has not yet been loaded into the Interlibrary Loan system.
