I'm getting an error message on West Academic (JD students)

JD program students: If you encounter a West Academic "Access Denied" page on either West Academic Casebooks (eproducts.westacademic.com) or Study Aids (subscription.westacademic.com), please try the following steps:

Steps to take:

  1. Initiate a clean browser session by opening the new browser in “incognito” mode. 
  2. Within the “incognito” browser session, access Eproducts.westacademic.com or https://subscription.westacademic.com/, click “Sign In”.
  3. At “Sign In”, please clear out any pre-filled email address and password.
  4. Be sure to enter your school provided email address:
    • xxxxxxxxxxxxx@o365.ncu.edu
  5. For Casebooks: Locate the book by clicking on the icon under "Materials Provided by my School" and then accept the License Agreement to add the text to your online bookshelf to begin using for class. Attached are instructions with screenshots.
