Annotated bibliographies are a type of student paper that consist of reference list entries followed by short descriptions of the work (annotations).
Your instructor will tell you what to include in your annotation. Often you'll be asked to summarize an article or other resource, and to provide your own critique or reflections on it.

Note that a webliography is similar to a bibliography, but it is limited to a list of online resources (such as websites) that can be accessed on the Web. It does not include books or academic journals.
