NU library systems support staff can provide help online during our regular hours.

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 

Saturday - Sunday
Urgent issues addressed as needed. Please submit a ticket to the NU Library Request Form.

Assistance is also available 24/7 through chat, though not all systems issues may be able to be resolved immediately.
