There is a known issue where Ovid Nursing is not properly displaying links, often showing "Pay per View" and a login screen. If you encounter a resource you need, please reach out to the library via chat and we will help you try to locate it via another resource.

Permalinks to searches are not functioning as intended in NavigatorSearch and other EBSCO databases. We are working with the vendor to get this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

EBSCO database links are currently not working. Please search for your content directly in the EBSCO database if possible.

Searching NavigatorSearch from the library homepage is also effected. As a temporary alternative, please go directly to NavigatorSearch by clicking here before entering your search terms. Additionally, permalinks to searches are not functioning as intended in NavigatorSearch. We are working with the vendor to get this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Users accessing Ulrichsweb via the OpenAthens managed proxy may experience a 'not secure' browser message when trying to access the site. The vendor is working with the publisher to resolve this issue.

We are aware of access issues to e-Books from SpringerLInk. We are working with the vendor to resolve the problem.

Access to the APA PsycTests database has been restored. 

We are working with the vendor to get APA PsycTests back online.

Ulrich's web search results are now loading. 

Taylor & Francis eBooks database is now working properly again.

Accessing Taylor and Francis eBooks (which has the URL www.taylorfrancis.com) through the library is currently resulting in a 404 error. The publisher is aware and working on the issue.

To get around this issue, go directly to https://www.taylorfrancis.com, click Login in the top right, and then choose the option to log in "With Shibboleth or OpenAthens." Search for National University and proceed to log in.

We have received reports that the results page on Ulrich's web is not loading. We are looking into the issue.

The Nexis Uni error has been resolved.

Access to ScienceDirect through an institutional authentication is unavailable at the moment. The publisher is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

CQ Press

We have identified an issue with redirector links to content on https://library.cqpress.com/  (e.g. https://go.openathens.net/redirector/test.edu?url=https://library.cqpress.com/congress/ ). Sage plans to release a fix for this issue.

Error message:  "Page Not Found, We’re very sorry, but the page you requested couldn’t be found."

Work-Around: Go to https://resources.nu.edu/cqpress and search for the title of the article/resource you want to access.

Users of Statista via the OpenAthens-managed proxy may experience access issues. 

Error message: "Max challenge attempts exceeded".

Users of Naxos Music Library via the OpenAthens-managed proxy may experience issues with page loading. We're working with the publisher on resolving the issue.

Error message:  When clicking on an album, it fails to load on the first click and lands on a blank page.

Workaround: If refreshed, the page loads with full functionality. In addition, on the homepage, click open in a new tab on any album title, and it will load as expected in the new tab. 

Web of Science is now available.

EBSCOhost Databases access restored

Use the O'Reilly link in the A to Z list to access titles. If you try to access through search, it will not work.

We are aware of an error when accessing Web of Science. We are in contact with the vendor and will provide a solution as soon as possible.

An error has been reported when accessing RefWorks through the library's institutional login found on the RefWorks page. It is currently unknown how long this error will continue.

As a workaround, please access Refworks directly at https://refworks.proquest.com. Please be aware that this requires you to have setup an alternative password. If you have not, use the "Forgot your password?" link, enter the university email address for your RefWorks account, and set up a new password. Then proceed to log in directly. Do not use the option to login through your institution.
