    RefWorks Error with Institutional Login

An error has been reported when accessing RefWorks through the library's institutional login found on the RefWorks page. It is currently unknown how long this error will continue.

As a workaround, please access Refworks directly at https://refworks.proquest.com. Please be aware that this requires you to have setup an alternative password. If you have not, use the "Forgot your password?" link, enter the university email address for your RefWorks account, and set up a new password. Then proceed to log in directly. Do not use the option to login through your institution

    RefWorks Error With Institutional Login

Logging into RefWorks through the library (i.e., institutional login) is currently resulting in an error page. As a workaround, go directly to https://refworks.proquest.com/ to log in. If you have not set up an alternate password to log in directly, click on "Forgot your password?" to do so. Below is a statement from RefWorks regarding this issue:

"RefWorks experienced a system wide error with Athens/institutional login, which interrupted service for multiple customers. Our development team is working on the fix. We will keep you updated.

In meantime, you can still use your email address and RefWorks password to access your account directly."
